Conference on future Dispute Resolution in the workplace,
providing guidance on dispute resolution can be prescriptive and
complex, with keynote speaker Sir Michael Gibbons.
The conference aims to throw a spotlight on the endeavours of
Michael Gibbons and others to restore the balance in favour of a
flexible and simple framework.
Michael Gibbons will be the keynote speaker at the Acas Wales
Dispute Resolution Conference and this represents a chance to
consider the implications of his review for the workplace, and take
a fresh look at how conflict is handled in organisations.
The event is aimed at managers, HR personnel and those with a
focus in employment relations. Breakout sessions will
