New employment law and ongoing case law creates a shifting sands
environment for employers. It is difficult for employers to keep
abreast of changes, yet failure to do so can prove to be expensive
in terms of their reputation as an employer and the potential for
Employment Tribunal claims.
This training session will update attendees on the changes to
current legislation, and give a flavour of any new legislation in
the pipeline.
It is aimed at employers, managers and human resource
professionals interested in keeping abreast of developments, and
