The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has launched health & safety advice aimed at leaders within small & medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

The guidance covers how to plan, deliver, monitor and review to manage and reduce risks within an organisation.

It also includes:

-  leadership podcast

Some of the advice is specifically aimed at directors or boards, however if the business does not have these, then HSE advises that the owner or partner considers the guidance provided instead.
